Privacy Policy
ajjili is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Philippine law as a data subject.
Data Security by Design
ajjili uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on hardened cloud environments with access controls, intrusion detection, and regular third-party security audits.
No Data Selling — Ever
ajjili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial gain. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulations, and improve your experience on the platform.
Purpose Limitation
We collect only the personal data that is necessary for the specific purpose for which it is collected. We do not repurpose your data for unrelated activities without obtaining your separate and informed consent as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Your Rights Are Respected
As a data subject under Philippine law, you have the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — delete your personal data held by ajjili. You also have the right to object to processing and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.
Minimal Data Retention
ajjili retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other applicable Philippine laws. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymised.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, ajjili is committed to notifying affected players and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ajjili ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "your", "the Player") who access or use the ajjili platform, including the website at ajjili.app and all associated gaming, betting, cashier, and account management services offered to players in the Philippines.
This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines. 2. Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations, ajjili acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data collected through the ajjili platform. As PIC, ajjili determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information and is responsible for ensuring that all processing activities are carried out in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner.
ajjili has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection laws. You may contact the DPO for any privacy-related concerns at the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

In certain circumstances, ajjili may transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure partners located outside the Philippines — for example, where our cloud infrastructure provider operates data centres in other countries. Any such transfers are conducted in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which requires that the receiving country or organisation provide a comparable level of data protection to that guaranteed under Philippine law.
Where required, ajjili enters into data transfer agreements that incorporate standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC, or relies on other lawful transfer mechanisms. Personal data transferred internationally remains subject to the same security standards and processing restrictions described in this Policy.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
