You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, complete your profile and you are ready to explore the platform. Real-money play requires completing KYC verification first.

ajjili requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification. Accepted documents include PhilSys (National ID), UMID, driver's license, passport, voter's ID, and PRC ID. You will need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID, along with a selfie holding the document. Most verifications are completed within 24 hours on business days.

No. ajjili strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player may register only one account using their own identity. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately to resolve it.

To permanently close your ajjili account, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. To deposit via GCash on ajjili, log in and go to Wallet, then select Deposit and choose GCash as your method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the redirect to the GCash payment page. The minimum deposit on ajjili is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing fees. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though large deposits may trigger additional AML checks as required by PAGCOR and AMLC guidelines.

Most ajjili withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within 1 to 3 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. To request a withdrawal, go to Wallet, select Withdraw, choose your method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent only to payment methods registered in your verified name — no third-party transfers.

ajjili does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some BPI or BDO transfers carry a service charge set by the bank itself, not by ajjili. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. GCash and PayMaya deposits and withdrawals are typically fee-free on our end.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete, if there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or if your withdrawal request triggered a routine security review. Requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may also take longer to process. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact ajjili support with your transaction reference number.
